At Perfumes & Beauty, we take great pride in offering you premium, high-quality luxury fragrances crafted with a 33.33% concentration of natural perfume oils. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases made through our website are non-returnable and non-refundable. We kindly ask our customers to carefully review their orders before completing the checkout process.

2. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for our fragrances. Once a fragrance has been shipped and received, we are unable to offer any exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at sales@perfumesbeauty.com with your order details and photos of the item(s) received.
