Returns Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your Right to Cancel and request a refund for the product(s) ordered that were not satisfactory for you.

Any product that is opened, damaged, used, bears marks, has been modified or is not returned in its original packaging is not subject to the Right to Cancel.Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

Shipping

Standard UK Delivery:

-Free delivery on orders over £75.

-For orders under £75, a flat shipping rate of £4.99 applies.

Order Processing:

-Orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

-Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Tracking:

-Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
